I truly hope i didn’t offend anyone with that post. i hope you realize it was tongue n cheek, but primarily self-critical. in fact, posting it effectively ended up contradicting everything i wrote.

It’s funny, i do enjoy all those things; in fact, i doubt i’d be able to say any of that if i didn’t. there are quite a few people that are passionate about what they do and what they say, and to them, i say kudos. there are others who chose to pretend, and to them i also say kudos.

passion for something is the only means of making it worth anything. a lack of passion simply leads to a life of doubt, pretense and ambiguousness, imo.
